Pregnancy and puerperium are very important periods for the onset and the course of the disease. Affective disorders in patients with OKB is associated with serious and persistant complaints of OKB, more despair, sense of vulnerability, suicidal thoughts and behaviors. In this case report, we aimed to discuss a case of an obsessive compulsive disorder without an affective disease which aggravated with pregnancy after remission before pregnancy and had recurrent suicide attempts. Case Report: A 26 years-old patient, treated for obsessive compulsive disorder without any affective components for 2 years had three suicide attempts after quiting her psychological therapy. A normal pregnancy was ended at full-term. Patient was in full remission at postpatum 2 months. Conclusion: The risk of suicide attempt should be kept in mind inspite of the risk of suicide attempt can be lower without affective disorder, since it may be increased with it. It can be concluded that psychiatrists and obstetricians should follow a diagnose and treatment protocol to preserve maternal and fetal health because of pregnancy period leading exacerbation of OKB sypmtoms.
