PAPP-A, fβ-hCG, haemoglobin levels and platelet counts were compared between the two groups. Results: The PAPP-A value in preeclampsia group was lower than control (1.4±0.7 vs. 0.9±0.3 MoM) (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups for fß-hCG value. Haemoglobin levels and platelet counts were found lower in preeclampsia group when compared control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: First trimester maternal serum low PAPP-A value is an important risk factor for preeclampsia UR - https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/gutfd/issue//378404 L1 - https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/download/article-file/403772 ER -
