N2  - Caudal regression syndrome is a rare neural tube defect that might involve spinal and visceral anomalies ranging from coccyx agenesis to thoracic vertebrae at various stages. Symptoms, clinical and radiological findings may vary in accordance with the type and extent of the disease. In this study, direct graphies and magnetic resonance imaging findings of an 8-year-old patient having caudal regression syndrome with sacral agenesis type II that lacks of antenatal monitoring are presented
