Materials and Methods: The maternal properties, obstetrical complications and perinatal outcomes were compared retrospectively during 2010-2012. Results: Adolescent pregnancy rate was 1.3% (19/1047) and advanced age pregnancy was rate 4.3% (46/1047), respectively. When the counts of gravidity, parity and nulliparity rate were compared between at adolescent and advanced age pregnancy groups, the number of gravidity and parity were significantly more in advanced age group, and nulliparity rate was higher in the adolescent group (p<0.05).
