N2  - Meckel diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the gastrointestinal system. Also intestinal obstruction is the most common cause of acute abdominal pain in patients with Meckel's diverticulum. Littre's hernia is a rare complication of a Meckel’s diverticulum. Pathologies due to Meckel's diverticulum should be considered in the differential diagnosis of acute abdomen and clarified the diagnosis during surgery. Surgery is the treatment of symptomatic Meckel's diverticulum after diagnosis. Here in, we aimed to report two patient who presented with obstruction secondary to complicated Meckel's diverticulum causing incarcerated Littre hernia and adhesive band
