N2  - This research is a quantitative deceriptive case study. Data were gathered from MEBSİS data set and analysed by using EXCEL and SPPS program. Data analysed due to determining their frequency and percentage. It was found that the percentage of female administrators are low, the majority of the administrators have bachelor degrees, still there are number of administrators who were graduated 2 year univerity degree programs. It was also found administrators who have master degree is still low and there is little number of administrators who have doctoral degree. Another findings are related to whom prefer becoming administrators. It was found that classroom teaching branch and social science graduates usually prefer becoming administrators. Morever, only 20.18% current administrators work as substitute
