N2  - Carcinosarcoma is an aggressive malignant tumor because it contains both mesenchymal and epithelial components. It is most frequently seen in head and neck region especially pharynx or larynx, whereas uncommon   in sinonasal tissues. Therefore we aim to present the case because its maxillary sinus localization is very rare in the literature.
