KW - ReTain N2 - Bu çalışma Monreo şeftali çeşidinin hasat önü dökümünü azaltmak ve meyve kalitesini artırmak amacıylayürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla tahmini hasat tarihinden 4 hafta önce 150 ve 225 mg L–1 aminoetoksivinilglisin, 2 haftaönce ise 10 ve 20 mg L–1 naftalen asetik asit, deneme ağaçlarına püskürtülmüştür. Çalışmada, hasat önü dökümü(%) ve bazı meyve kalite özellikleri [suda çözünebilir kuru madde (SÇKM, %), pH, meyve eti sertliği (kg), titreedilebilir asitlik (TA, g malik asit 100 mL-1), meyve rengi özellikleri (L*, Kroma, hue°)] belirlenmiştir. Tahminihasat tarihinde AVG uygulamaları dökümü azaltmada kontrol ve NAA uygulamalarına göre önemli düzeyde(P<0.05) farklı bulunmuştur. AVG ve NAA uygulamaları meyvenin SÇKM içeriğini pozitif yönde etkilemiştir.Genel olarak pH değeri tahmini hasada doğru azalış göstermiştir. Tahmini hasada doğru et sertliğinde doğrusal birazalış tespit edilmiş, ancak AVG’nin artan dozları et sertliğini pozitif yönde etkilemiştir. CR - Abbott JA, 1999.
