AB  - Bu çalışmanın konusu, Latin Amerika’da 2000’li yılların başından itibaren sol yönetimlerin iktidara gelmesiyle yükselen sol dalganın siyasal sistemler üzerindeki etkileridir. Eleştirel literatür değerlendirmesine dayalı gerçekleşen bu çalışmada “Pembe Dalga” olarak da adlandırılan sol-kanat yönetimler boyunca Latin Amerika ülkelerinin siyasal sistemlerinde meydana gelen değişiklikler, hükümet sistemleri, parti sistemleri ve seçim sistemleri temelinde irdelenmiştir. Örgütlü, kitlesel, militan eylemlilik ile seçim başarısı arasındaki güçlü ilişki sol dalganın Latin Amerika’daki toplumsal dayanaklarını oluşturmaktadır. Bu ilişkinin varlığı bir yandan sol dalgayı kalıcı kılarken diğer yandan da “pembe” rengin “kızıllaşmasını” ertelemektedir.My aim is to grasp political effects of left-wing governments, which started to take political power in the early 2000s in Latin American political systems. This study, based on the critical evaluation of the literature, takes quite drastic and comprehensive changes of Latin American politics into consideration by focusing on three interrelated dimensions: governments systems, political systems and electoral systems. Leftist wave of Latin America, called as “pink tide”, was fabricated on the close relationship between electoral successes and class based actions of organized, militant and massive politics. This paper suggests that while on the one hand close ties of those factors might become the social roots of persistency for the left-wing wave in Latin America, they may postpone the transformation of “pink tide” into the “red” one on the other.
