The diagnosis and treatment have close relationship with associated injuries. He suffered from severe pain his neck anteriorly where crepitation was palpated, and a computerized tomography revealed a laryngeal injury. Since no obstruction was observed on the airway, the patient was conservatively treated medical therapy, and was discharged from hospital on seventh day. We believe that tracheal injury should be considered in patients who had neck trauma. In this paper, a 38 year-old male admitted to our emergency department after a traffic accident and treated with tube thoracostomy and drainage for left hemopneumothorax is presented.}, number={2}
