Of 473 students, 368 participated in the study. It was found that 3.5% of the students never used a computer, 12.2% of them never used internet and 19.8% of them did not have any e-mail adreess. Internet usage among the 5th-year-students was more common than that was among the 6th-year-students. Majority of the students have reached internet through the library. It was revealed that internet was used in medical education commonly in order to search medical literature. Education and research were in first rank among goals of internet usage. Since they started to use internet, 61.7% of the students stated that they could reach more knowledge easily by internet. The students pointed that the most important problems of internet were its speed and the capacity. According to most of the students, internet will be utilized in all areas of life in the future.}, number={2}
