Generally the disease is seen in young parous women as an unilateral, isolated mass of the mammary gland. History of oral contraceptive usage is present in nearly one third of the patients. It mimics breast cancer both clinically and radiologically. Histopathologically, it is characterized by inflammatory reaction and many non-caseating granulomas destructing lobules of the gland. The definite diagnosis is based on ruling of the other reasons of granulomatous mastitis out as well as on its characteristic histologic properties. We report a case of idiopathic granulomatous mastitis proven histopathologically.}, number={2}
