In our case, a male 83-year-old patient has consulted to urology service with complains of macroscopic hematuria, dysuria and pelvic pain. ın histopathological study, it has been evaluated as carsinosarcom that has 99% osteosarcoma component and 1% epitherial component and it has been confirmed by immunohistochemical studies. The diagnosis of sarcomatoid carcinoma (osteosarcoma component is dominant) has been accepted with these findings.
