N2  - Huge financial losses have been occured especially at United States and European Union afterwards the 2008 financial crisis and working for building a brand new financial system has been started in order not to live such a loss again. Significant developments have been occurred and new regulations have been adopted within the scope of such new settlement.  In this article, the reasons of the crisis would be emphasised, and then, significant regulations that have adopted after the crisis and their impact to our new Capital Markets Law numbered 6362 is explained.
