N2  - Objective : To present the case that has been operated for ovarian tumor and had been diagnosed as bilateral primary tubal carcinoma intraoperatively.Case: 45 years old nullipar woman referred to our clinic because of pelvic mass. Bilateral adnexial mass was obtained by bimanuel examination. Transvaginal ultrasonography showed 11 x 6 cm and 7 x 5 cm bilateral adnaxial mass. Serum CA-125 was 1371 U/ml.Diagnosis was ovary tumor and operation had done. Bilateral tubal mass seen during laparatomy. Frozen pathology was tubal adenocarcinoma so staging surgery applied. Surgery pathologic staging was stage1B. Adjuvant chemotherapy did not applied postoperatively. Following is done by CA-125 monitorisation. Conclusion: Fallopian tubal carcinomas seen rarely. As in our case adnexial mass and high tumor markers may lead to diagnose as ovarian tumor.
