N2  - Vulvar tumors are uncommon, among them vulvar sarcomas represent only 1-2% of all vulvar malignancies. We aimed to present an agressive vulvar alveolar type rhabdomyosarcoma that was treated with palliative radiotherapy at our clinic. A 20-years-old patient presented with a mass on genitalia. Radical hemivulvectomy and inguinal lymphadenectomy was performed and postoperative histopathology was reported as alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy was administered, one month after completion of treatment she died. A case of vulvar alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma which is uncommon and agressive is presented and the treatment and prognosis is discussed with the literature review.
