N2  - Objective: Ovarian cancers especiallly epithelial origins spread  primarily by exfoliation of tumoral cells into peritoneal cavity or lymphatic  dissemination via pelvic and paraaortic lymph nodes .We  describe an ovarian carcinoma case with ›solated inguinal lymph node  metastasis which is an uncommon manifestation.  Case Report: A 51 years old gravida 7 parity 5 female patient presented  to our hospital with her pain in her pelvic area in March 2008.  After staging surgery stage IIIC cystadenocarcinoma was deteted.  After chemo and radiotherapy during her regular controls after 8  months of surgery bilateral swelling aproximately 4x 3 cm in her right  and 2x2 cm in her left in her groin region was detected imaging studies  could not able to detect any metastsis.  Discussion: Ovarian cancer presenting with only inguinal lymph  node metastases is unusual due to the spread route of this kind of  malignancies. For women admitting to a clinic with a mass in the  groin region, ovarian cancer metastases is a rare diagnosis but it  should be considered in differential diagnosis.
