Biosurfactants are useful in environmental technology, medicine, cosmetic, agriculture, oil industry remediation of insoluble organic pollutions in soil and marine environmental. Pseudomonas aeruginosa produces and secretes rhamnose and β-hidroksi decanoic acid containing biosurfactants called rhamnolipids. In this review, we report are microbial producers, physico-chemical structure, microbial production, applications moreover they can be produced from various substrates, mainly renewable resources such as industry waste which are economical but have not been report in detail.

}, number={012}
