AB  - Primer lokalize kutanöz amiloidoz ve diffüzsistemik skleroz birlikteliği nadirdir. 15 yıl önce biyopsi ile primer lokalizekutanöz amiloidoz tanısı alan 61 yaşındaki bir kadın hastaya deri ve lokomotorsistem bulguları, kapilleroskopi bulguları ve otoantikor (anti-Scl-70)pozitifliği ile diffüz sistemik skleroz tanısı konulmuştur. Farklı klinik,etiyopatogenetik ve genetik özellikleri olan bu iki hastalık nadiren bir aradagörülmektedir.

N2  - Co-existence ofprimary localized cutaneous amyloidosis and diffuse systemic sclerosis is veryrare. In a 61-year-old woman who was diagnosed as primary localized cutaneousamyloidosis with biopsy 15 years ago, additional diagnosis of diffuse systemicsclerosis was made based upon skin, locomotor system and capilloroscopy findingsand autoantibody (anti- Scl70) positivity. These two autoimmune diseases, whichhave different aetiopathogenesis as well as diverse clinical and geneticcharacteristics, are rarely seen together.
