AB  - Küresel pazarda, müşterileri elde tutmak kazanmaktandaha zor hale gelmiştir. Bu nedenle günümüz işletmeleri, artan tüketicibeklentilerine daha hızı cevap verebilmek amacıyla ürünlerin pazara sunumsürelerini kısaltma, esnekliği arttırma ve kitlesel kişiselleştirilmiş üretimyapabilmenin yollarını aramaktadırlar. Artan rekabet ortamında verimliliğiarttırmak kilit faktör haline gelmiştir. Tüm bu ifade edilenler, nesnelerininterneti olarak tanımlanan Endüstri 4.0 sayesinde daha kolay gerçekleştirilme imkânıbulabilecektir. Çalışmanın amacı, yeni sanayi devrimi Endüstri 4.0’ın Dünya veTürkiye yansımalarının incelenmesidir. Çalışmada, Türkiye’nin 2023 vizyonuçerçevesinde Endüstri 4,0 ve benzeri sanayileşme hamlelerini uygulamasında önemarz eden Ar-Ge, inovasyon ve katma değeri yüksek teknoloji-yoğun ürün üretimive ihracatına daha da ağırlık verilmesi konuları kapsamında, Dünya veTürkiye’deki Ar-Ge harcamaları, yüksek teknolojili katma değeri yüksekendüstriyel robot üretimi ve ihracatı, Ar-Ge personeli istihdamı konularıincelenmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca, 2022’de %6 olarak hedeflenen yüksekteknolojili ürün ihracatında Türkiye’nin mevcut durumu analiz edilerek,gelişmiş ve yükselen ekonomiler arasındaki yerinin değerlendirilmesi veönerilerin geliştirilmesi de amaçlanmaktadır.

N2  - In the global market,keeping customers has become harder than winning them. Therefore, today'senterprises look for ways to shorten times of supplying products, to increaseflexibility and to make massive personalized productions in order to be able torespond faster to increasing consumer expectations. Increasingproduction has become a key factor in the increasing competition environment. All of these will be easier to realize thanks to Industry4.0, which is defined as the internet of objects. Againstthis background, this study aims to study the influence of newindustrial revolution, Industry 4.0, in the world and Turkey. In the study, within the frame of Turkey’s 2023vision, R&D expenditures in the World and Turkey, production and exportationof high value-added, technology-intensive industrial robots and employment ofR&D personnel are studied in the scope ofincreasing emphasis on R&D,innovation and high value-added, tech-intensive production and exportation thatare significant in the application of industry 4.0 and similarindustrialization alternatives. In addition, this study also aims to analyzeTurkey’s current situation, within the context of its aim of 6% export ofhigh-tech products in 2022, among developed and developing economies, and tooffer suggestions.
