Bu amaca bağlı olarak,Ankara ve Zonguldak illerinde özel sektörde ve kamu sektöründe çalışan toplam272 kişiden anket yöntemiyle veri elde edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen analizlersonucunda; örgüt atmosferinde algılanan dışlanma ile örgütsel sinizm arasındapozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmış, çalışanların sinizm düzeyindekideğişimin %32,7’sini örgütsel dışlanma algısındaki değişimin açıkladığıbelirlenmiştir. Basit doğrusal regresyon analizi sonucuna göre; örgütseldışlanmadaki 1 birimlik artışın örgütsel sinizm üzerinde 0.762 birimlik birartışa neden olduğu saptanmıştır. KW - Örgütsel Dışlanma KW - Sinizm KW - Örgüt Atmosferi N2 - Thepurpose of this study is to determine whether there is a meaningfulrelationship between the ostracism that the employees perceive in theorganizational atmosphere and the level of cynicism they have developed and ifthere is a meaningful relationship, to determine the level of influence oforganizational ostracism on cynicism and whether the perception oforganizational ostracism differs according to the demographic factors. Based onthis purpose, data was collected from a total of 272 individuals working in thepublic and private sector in Ankara and Zonguldak provinces by survey. As aresult of the analyses, a significant and positive relationship was foundbetween organizational cynicism and perceived ostracism in the organizationalatmosphere and it was determined that 32.7% of the change in the cynicism levelof employees was explained by the change the perception of organizationalostracism. According to simple linear regression analysis results, it wasdetermined that the 1-unit increase in organizational ostracism caused anincrease of 0.762 units on organizational cynicism.
