AB  - Bu araştırmanın amacı, evli bireylerin algıladıkları eşdesteğinin, evlilik doyumu ve psikolojik iyi oluşu yordayıp yordamadığınısaptamaktır. Araştırmaya 223 evli birey katılmıştır. Bu çalışma genel taramamodellerinden ilişkisel tarama modeline uygun olarak düzenlenmiştir. Çalışmada; Yıldırım (2004) tarafındangeliştirilen Eş Desteği Ölçeği, Ward, Lundberg, Zabriskie ve Berrett, (2009)tarafından geliştirilen, Çelik (2012) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan EvlilikDoyumu Ölçeği Diener ve arkadaşları (2010) tarafından geliştirilen ve Telef(2013) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği kullanılmıştır.Araştırma sonuçları evli bireylerin eş desteği alt boyutlarının bütün olarakevlilik doyumu ve psikolojik iyi oluşu anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı saptanmıştır.Eş desteği alt boyutları ile evlilik doyumu arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğugörülmektedir (R=0.557, R2=0.311, F,23,659 p<.001). Duygusal destek, sosyalilgi desteği, takdir etme desteği maddi yardım ve bilgilendirme desteği,evlilik doyumundaki toplam varyansın %55,7’sini açıklamaktadır. Eş desteği altboyutları ile psikolojik iyi oluş puanları arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğusaptanmıştır (R=0.335, R2=0.112, F,6,639 p<.001). Duygusal destek, sosyalilgi desteği, takdir etme desteği maddi yardım ve bilgilendirme desteği, psikolojikiyi oluşun toplam varyansının %33,5’ini açıklamaktadır. Araştırma sonucundaevli bireylerin eş desteğinin bütün olarak evlilik doyumunu ve psikolojik iyioluş puanlarını anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı gözlenmiştir.
