Ibn al-'Amîd, a vizier of the Buveyhi State, obtained his real reputation thanks to his skill in writing epistles. So that he is accepted as the top name in the Arabic literature in the field of pamphlet, which became a kind of prose by Abdulhamid al-Qatib. In order to express this situation, it was said that the pamphlet started with Abdulhamid and ended with Ibn al-'Amîd. This work deals with the pamphlet of Ibn al-'Amîd, which he wrote for Ibn Bullekâ who rebelled against the state. The pamphlet was first examined in terms of structure, then analyzed in terms of language and style. In this context, the language and narrative techniques used in the book are evaluated from different angles.
