First appearancepoint was the restoration of the root surface due to the simple gingivalrecession without surgical methods. Introduced different shades were appealedclinicians and won a seat at the clinical usage in a short time. But thesuperior aesthetical specialties that were manifested at the case reportsdirected the researchers to different subjects and that brought differentindications. Current studies were demonstrated the successful bond strengthbetween gingiva-colored composites and fixed, removable and hybrid implantprosthesis framework materials. The aim of this review is introducing the newindications of gingiva-colored composites under the light of the literaturedata. İlk ortaya çıkış noktası ise basit dişetiçekilmelerinde açığa çıkan kök yüzeyinin cerrahi yöntemlere ihtiyaç duymadanrestore edilmesidir. Ortaya koymuş olduğu farklı ton seçenekleri klinisyenlerinilgisini cezbetmiş ve kısa sürede klinik kullanımda önemli bir yer edinmiştir.Ancak vaka raporlarında ortaya konan estetik özellikler araştırmacıları farklıkonulara yönlendirmiş ve farklı endikasyonları da beraberinde getirmiştir.Güncel çalışmalar dişeti rengindeki kompozitlerin implant üstü sabit, hareketlive hibrit protez materyallerine başarılı bir bağlantı sergilediğini ortayakoymuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı var olan literatür verileri ışığında dişetirengindeki kompozitlerin yeni eklenen endikasyonlarını tanımlamaktır. CR - 1.
