Aksi taktirde çağımızın teknolojik gelişmelerine ayak uyduramayan bireylerin yetişmesi ile eğitim sisteminin gerçek hayattan kopması ve etkili öğretim yöntemlerinin gerçekleşememesi gibi sorunlar ortaya çıkabilir (Özel, 2013).

N2  - Today, adapting to developing technology is as important in social and personal life as it is in education life. In this study, it is aimed to show the change of the difficulty and discrimination of CEMPS (Corporate Education Management and Planning System), which is one of the technological innovations, in preparation, presentation and calculation of exam questions during the measurement-evaluation phase.
