KW - Penetran Orbital Yaralanma KW - Tığ İğnesi KW - Yabancı cisim N2 - Penetrating orbital injury is uncommon but may cause significant harm to the optic nerve and eyeball. Rapidassessment and treatment of the traumas effecting orbital region is necessary. In this case report, the clinicaland operative findings of a case with intra-orbital crochet needle were presented. This patient injured by acrochet needle which did not affect his vision and oculomotor functions and recovered withoutcomplications. Related to this case, some information concerning the ophthalmologic approach to intraorbitalforeign bodies was provided.  CR - 1-Fulcher TP, McNab AA,Sullivan TJ.
