AB  - Bladderdiverticulum is an important health problem and can cause urinary systemdysfunctions and recurrent urinary infections in patients as complications ofincomplete bladder emptying. Diverticulas are often accompanied by bladderoutlet obstructions and are less likely to be seen with the prostate cancer.This rare condition necessitates advanced surgical planning.In this report, we wanted to showthat radical prostatectomy can be successfully performed with diverticulectomy.

N2  - Mesane divertikülleri önemli birsorun olup, idrarın tam boşalmaması nedeniyle üriner sistem işlevbozukluklarına ve tekrar eden üriner enfeksiyonlara neden olabilir.Divertiküllere çoğu zaman mesane çıkım obstruksiyonları eşlik etmekte olup,prostat kanseri ile birlikte görülme ihtimali daha düşüktür. Nadir olan budurum önemli bir cerrahi planlama gerektirir. Sunduğumuzbu vakada, divertikülektomi ile birlikte radikal prostatektominin başarılı birşekilde uygulanabileceğini göstermek istedik.
