İnsansız hava araçlarının hızlı, emniyetli veesnek olmaları gibi avantajları afet-öncesi ve afet-sonrası çeşitlioperasyonlarda tercih edilme nedenleri arasındadır. Bu çalışmada, yer araçlarıkullanılarak afet bölgesine ulaşım sağlanamadığı durumlarda, afet bölgesi durumtespiti için insansız hava araçlarının kullanımı ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda,afet bölgelerinin gözetlenmesinde kullanılacak olan insansız hava araçlarınınrota planlaması için kümeleme ve matematiksel programlama tabanlı bir yaklaşımönerilmiştir. Çalışmada, sayısal uygulama yapılmış ve sonuçları analizedilmiştir. Unmanned aerial vehicles have some advantages for theirpreferences in various pre- and post-disaster operations such as being fast,safe and flexible. In this study, use of unmanned aerial vehicles is consideredto determine the conditions in the affected area after a disaster especiallywhen it is not possible to reach the affected area using ground vehicles. A clusteringand mathematical programming based approach is proposed for route planning ofthe unmanned aerial vehicles to be used for surveillance operations.
