National Library, Tehran, intended primarily to find the Arabic polemics
against Yezidi religion, has resulted in the discovery of another source of
information on the </span> <span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">Gūrānī literature. So far as can be
discovered, this has never previously appeared in print. It contains of some
Persian codices, entitled, <i>jung </i> in which there are unpublished material
of Gūrānī literature. Most of the Persian material given in the <i>jung </i>s
were considered by Library’s staff. However, they chose not to give details on
Gūrānī fragments, and the fact that this material exists has largely been
ignored by scholars up to the present day. This paper gives a presentation of
this Gūrānī unpublished material, making it widely available for the first
