AB  - Günümüzdeözellikle büyük şehirlerde oturma eğilimi, yapı teknolojisindeki ilerlemeler,gelir seviyesindeki artışlar, modern yapılarda oturma isteği, artan nüfus gibietmenler yeni yapıların inşasına neden olmaktadır. Bu yapılarla birlikte konut,toplu konut bahçeleri gibi özel ve yarı özel yeşil mekanların planlanması,tasarım projelerinin yapılması gündeme gelmektedir. Kent peyzajının oluşmasındaönemli katkısı olan bu mekanların tasarımında alan kullanım projesi üretenpeyzaj mimarları görev almaktadır. Tasarım projeleri genellikle sörvey, lekeplan, avan proje, kesin proje, yapısal ve bitkisel peyzaj uygulama projeleri,detay projelerinin çizimi gibi aşamalar sonrasında üretilmektedir. Bu bağlamdaçalışmanın amacı Ankara İli Sincan İlçesi sınırları içerisinde bulunan S. S.Nüve Konut Yapı Kooperatifi özelinde toplu konuta ait peyzaj projesi veaşamalarını irdelemektir. Çalışmada tasarım süreci sörvey, leke plan, avanproje, kesin proje, yapısal ve bitkisel peyzaj uygulama projeleri ve detayprojelerinin çizimi olmak üzere altı aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarakbu projelerin doğal ve kültürel verileri kullanarak ekolojik temelli projeüreten peyzaj mimarları tarafından hazırlanması önem taşımaktadır. Peyzajprojelerinin tasarımının yanı sıra projelerin alana aplikasyonunda da peyzajmimarlarının rol alması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca 2017 yılında yürürlüğe girenPlanlı Alanlar İmar Yönetmeliği ile resmi ve özel tüm yapılar için peyzajprojesinin yapı ruhsatının onayından sonra istenmesi zorunluluğu hem projelerinpeyzaj mimarları tarafından üretilmesine hem de kent estetiğinin artırılmasınakatkı sağlayacaktır.

N2  - Nowadays, developments in construction technologies,increase in income level, desire to live in modern buildings, populationincrease, and especially the tendency to live in big cities give rise to theconstruction of new buildings. Planning and design projects for private orsemiprivate green areas in housing and mass housing come to the fore along withconstruction of these buildings. For designing of such green areas, which havea significant contribution to the formation of urban landscape, the landscapearchitects devising the land use projects are assigned. The design projects aregenerally devised after completion of stages such as survey, concept plan,preliminary project, design development, structural and planting landscapeapplication project and detail drawings. In this context, the aim of this studyis to examine the landscape project and its stages specific to the mass housingof Nüve Housing Construction Cooperative, which is located within the bordersof Sincan District of Ankara Province. In the current study, the design processwas carried out in the following six stages: survey, concept plan, preliminaryproject, design development, structural and planting landscape applicationproject and detail drawings. In conclusion, it is important that such projectsshall be designed by landscape architects who devise ecology – based projectsthrough utilization of available natural and cultural data. In addition to the design of landscape projects,landscape architects should play a role in the application of projects to thefield. Moreover, the fact that the requirement for the landscape project forall public and private buildings will be requested after the approval of the buildinglicense with the Planned Areas Reconstruction Regulation that went in effect in2017 will contribute to both the production of the projects by landscapearchitects and to the increase of urban aesthetics.
