Because of this we must discuss the question of “is the radiotherapy vaccine”. If
RT increases the immun responce we must learn some more about the RT effects on
the cells, cell surface antigene, immun checkpoints and their inhibition &amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; &amp;lt;span style="font-size:18pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"&amp;gt;(ICI;
CTLA4, PD1, PDL1 inhibition) &amp;lt;/span&amp;gt; &amp;lt;span style="font-size:18pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"&amp;gt;. In
this review it will be discussed the role of the radiotherapy and biologic
effects of the radiotherapy to activate the immun responce, radiotherapy dose,
