AB  - Nesneilişkileri kuramı, erken dönem çocukluk yaşantılarında deneyimlenen ikiliilişkilerin içselleştirilmiş nesnelerle olan bağını incelemektedir. OttoKernberg, nesne ilişkileri kuramcılarındandır ve sınır hastalarla alakalı pekçok çalışma yapmıştır. Özellikle sınır kişilik örüntüsünün yapısı ve terapisüreci hakkında yaptığı çalışmalarla dikkat çekmiştir. Sınır hastalarınkendilik ve nesne tasarımlarının libidinal ve oral agresif kaynaklardanbeslendiğini ve bütünleştirilemediğini belirtmiştir. Sınır kişilik örüntüsündegüçsüz benliğe ve ilkel savunma mekanizmalarının kullanımına dikkat çekmiştir.Güçsüz benliğin ve savunma mekanizmalarının birbirini beslediğini ve sağlıklıüstben oluşumunu olumsuz yönde etkilediğini belirtmiştir. Bu makalede, nesneilişkilerinin sınır kişilik örüntüsündeki yeri anlatılmış, sonrasında benzayıflığı, savunma mekanizmaları ve çok biçimli cinsel eğilimler kavramlarıvaka örneği ile açıklanmıştır.

N2  - Objectrelations theory examines the link between internalized experiences of dualrelationships experienced in early childhood experiences. Otto Kernberg is oneof the object relation theorists and has done a lot of studies related toborderline patients. In particular, he draws attention to the structure of theborderline personality pattern and the therapy process. Borderline patients'self and object designs were fed from libidinal and oral aggressive sources andcould not be integrated. He pointed to the use of ego weakness and primitivedefense mechanisms in the borderline personality pattern. He pointed out thatego weakness and defensive mechanisms feed each other and adversely affecthealthy superego formation. In this article, the place of the object relationsin the borderline personality pattern is explained, then the concepts of egoweakness, defensive mechanisms and polymorphic sexual tendencies are explainedwith the case study.
