Söz konusu değişimin hem tüketici hem de işletme açısındanbirçok kolaylığı da beraberinde getirmiştir. Bilgisayar ve akıllı telefonlarınhayatımıza girmesi ile bu değişim daha da hızlanmış, beklenmedik şekildetoplumdaki aile ilişkilerini, sosyal hayat alışkanlıklarını, alışverişbiçimlerini, gazete okuma davranışlarını ve hatta bakkaldan ekmek alma şeklinibile değiştirmiştir. Bu değişimin sosyal ve psikolojik birçok yönü ve etkisibulunmaktadır. Bilgisayar ve akıllı telefon kullanımı konusunda toplumun herkesimi aynı düzeyde eğilim göstermemektedir. Aşırı kullanımın getirdiğibağımlılık olarak adlandırılan farklı psikolojik davranışlar gözlenmektedir. Buçalışmada kalitatif tekniklerden olan derinlemesine mülakat yöntemiseçilmiştir. Belirlenen yöntem üniversite öğrencilerinden seçilen üç odak grupüzerinde araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcılara bağımlılık seviyelerini ölçensorular yöneltilmiş ve aldıkları haz-suçluluk duyguları sorulmuştur. Çalışmanınilk aşamasında kalitatif teknikten gelen sonuçlar doğrultusunda ikinciaşamadaki kantitatif çalışma ile tamamlanması ve daha geniş örneklem kütlesiile sorunsalın farklı boyutlarına ulaşılması amaçlanmıştır. This has facilitated both the life of mankind and positivecontributions from many other ways, such as affecting the forms of production,shape and duration of the establishment of the enterprise. This change hasaccelerated even more rapidly with the introduction of computers andsmartphones, which unexpectedly affected family relationships, social habits, shoppingpatterns, newspaper reading behaviors and even the way to buy bread at thegrocery store. There are many social and psychological aspects and effects ofthis change. Not all people in the community have the same tendency to usecomputers and mobile phones. There are different psychological behaviors whichare called addiction caused by overuse. In this study, in-depth interviewingmethod which is one of the qualitative techniques was chosen. The determinedmethod was explored on three focus groups selected from university students. Inaddition, the questions that measured the addictive levels of the participantswere directed and the pleasures they received were asked, or vice versa. It isalso aimed to complete the quantitative study in the direction of the resultsfrom the qualitative technique which is the first step of the study and tocreate awareness in this issue by reaching different dimensions of theproblematic with the wider sample mass.
