AB  - Küreselleşmeile gelen sorunlara rekabetçi ve bilgiye dayalı ekonomi toplumu ile çözümarayan Avrupa Birliği, Üye Devletlerin küresel ekonomi ile rekabet edilmegücünü arttırırken geri kalmış bölgelerdeki yaşam standartlarını ve kaliteyi dearttırmayı hedefleyerek 2000 yılında Lizbon Stratejisini hazırlamıştır. Sürece2004 yılında dâhil olan yeni Üye Devletler ve yaşanan ekonomik kriz Lizbonsürecinin sosyal hedeflerine ulaşmasını engellemiştir. Sosyal politika vebölgesel kalkınma alanlarında çizdiği çerçeve net olmasına rağmen bu hedeflerintam olarak gerçekleştirilememesinde ve gün geçtikçe daha büyük sorunlar halinegelmesine neden olan faktörler incelenmiştir ve Avrupa 2020 ve sonrasındaizlenecek harita ortaya çıkarılmıştır.

N2  - EuropeanUnion looking for solutions to the problems that come with globalization with acompetitive and knowledge-based economy society, It has prepared the LisbonStrategy in 2000, aiming to increase the living standards and quality in theunderdeveloped regions while increasing the competitiveness of Member States tocompete with the global economy.The New Member States that got involved in theprocess in 2004 and the economic crisis prevented the Lisbon process fromreaching its social goals. Although the framework of social policy and regionaldevelopment is clear, the factors causing these goals to be not fully realizedand becoming more and more major problems have been examined and the map to befollowed in Europe 2020 and later has been unearthed.
