AB  - ORTALAMA YARGILAMA SÜRESİ KESTİRİMİNDEYENİ YÖNTEM ÖNERİLERİBu çalışmada ortalama yargılama süresi kestirimiiçin iki yeni yöntem önerilmekte, bu yöntemler aracılığıyla çeşitli mahkemetürlerine ilişkin ortalama yargılama süresi kestirimleri yapılmakta ve bir iyileştirmeelde edilip edilmediğini anlayabilmek için bu kestirimler geçmişte önerilmiş yöntemleraracılığıyla elde edilen kestirimlerle karşılaştırılmaktadır. Görülmektedir ki eskive yeni yöntemlere ilişkin kestirimler arasında küçük farklar vardır. Bufarklar yeni yöntemlerin en önemli özelliği olarak değerlendirilmemelidir; çünküyeni yöntemlerin en önemli özelliği kestirim hataları konusunda bilgisağlayabilmeleridir. Suggestions for New Methods in Estimating of Average Time of TrialIn this study, twonew methods are suggested for estimation of average time of trial, by way ofthese methods the average times of trial for various types of courts have beenestimated and in order to understand whether any improvement gained, theseestimations have been compared with the estimations obtained by the methodssuggested in the past. It has been seen that there are small differencesbetween the estimations by the old and new methods. These differences shouldnot be evaluated as the most important feature of the new methods because themost important feature of the new methods is that they supply information aboutthe errors of estimation.
