AB  - Psikoterapi ortamının temel materyali dildir. Alanyazın incelendiğinde psikoterapiortamındaki dil kullanımını ele alan az sayıda çalışmanın olduğu görülmektedir. Buçalışmanın amacı analitik yönelimli bir psikoterapi sürecinde, danışanın kendisini veilişki içinde olduğu kişileri nasıl konumlandırdığını araştırmaktır. Bu amaca ulaşmakiçin aynı danışanla yapılan dört psikoterapi seansı incelenmiştir. Söz konusu seanslarsöylem analizi araştırma yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analitik odak olarak ise öznepozisyonlarına odaklanılmaktadır. Analiz sonucuna göre dört özne pozisyonu tespitedilmiştir. Bunlar sırasıyla şu şekilde adlandırılmıştır: 1) Telkin Eden ve Telkine UyanÖzne Olarak Kendilik, 2) Değerlendiren ve Değerlendirilen Olarak Özne Pozisyonları,3) Yöneten ve Yönetilen Olarak Özne Pozisyonları, 4) Bilen ve Hükme Varan OlarakGörülen Terapist. Çalışmanın sonuçlar kısmında, elde edilen bulgular, konuyla ilgilialanyazın çerçevesinde tartışılmıştır. Buna göre, özne pozisyonlarının kişilerin içindebulundukları sosyal ilişkilere yönelik bilgi verebileceği öne sürülmektedir. Psikoterapiortamında özne pozisyonlarının ele alınması ile bu pozisyonların sorgulanabileceği vedönüşüme uğrayabileceği belirtilmektedir. Ayrıca, psikoterapide hangi öznepozisyonlarının kullanıldığının ve bunların süreç içerisinde ne tür dönüşümlergeçirdiğinin tespit edilmesinin, psikoterapi süreci ile ilgili zengin bilgi verebileceğidüşünülmektedir. Psikoterapi ortamında kullanılan özne pozisyonlarının gelecekçalışmalar tarafından da ele alınmasının bu alana katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir.

N2  - The setting of psychotherapy is constructed through language. Few studies arefocusing on the role of language within a real psychotherapy process. The aim of thestudy is to investigate how the client has positioned himself/herself and the people inhis/her life during the analytically oriented psychotherapy process. Fourpsychotherapy sessions were examined to attain that aim. Those sessions wereanalyzed through a research method titled as discourse analysis. Specifically, thedetermination of subject positions is the main focus of this study. The analysis of thestudy has shown that there are four subject positions used by the client. These are 1)Self as the Subject and Object of Inculcation, 2) Subject Positions as the Evaluatorand the Evaluated, 3) Subject Positions as the Director and the Directed, 4) TheTherapist seen by the Client as Knowing and Judging at the Same Time. The findingsof the study have been discussed in the results section within the scope of the existingliterature. Accordingly, it is revealed that the subject positions might yieldinformation about the client’s social relationships. It is indicated that these subjectpositions can be questioned and transformed through the examination of thesepositions in the psychotherapy setting. Furthermore, questioning which subjectpositions have been used in the psychotherapy process and which kinds oftransformations these positions have gone through yield a wealth of informationabout the psychotherapy process. It is thought that a reconsideration of the subjectpositions in psychotherapy by additional studies would further contribute to the field.
