As a consequence, they havecarried out policies in order to improve people’s health. Those policies dowork with some people, however younger generations have never been so much indanger of being overweight than they are today (Sassi, F, 2010). Healthy lifestyle problems are for all generations but especially for younger people theyhave been important topics in many societies for quite a while. We can blamebad habits, lack of information, too much usage of new technology and lack ofknowledge about human’s negative influence on themselves as well as badinfluence from the social and physical environment (Health at a Glance:Europe, 2016). The articledeals with the problem of unhealthy students and presents the results of thestudents as well as their parents’ health issues and social, emotional andpsychological well-being.
