Dual culture tests showed that T10 inhibited mycelial growth of &lt;em&gt;F. culmorum &lt;/em&gt; 82.6%, T7 inhibited mycelial growth of &lt;em&gt;F. pseudograminearum &lt;/em&gt;and &lt;em&gt;B. sorokiniana &lt;/em&gt;72.2% and 76.4%, respectively. T1 inhibited mycelial growth of &lt;em&gt;R. solani  &lt;/em&gt;67.8%. Wheat seeds (Kınacı 97) was coated with &lt;em&gt;T. harzianum &lt;/em&gt; conidia. In sterile soil T10 showed 65.6% effect against &lt;em&gt;F. culmorum, &lt;/em&gt; T4 51.9% against &lt;em&gt;F. pseudograminearum &lt;/em&gt;, T6 63.5% against &lt;em&gt;B. sorokiniana &lt;/em&gt; and T5 73% against &lt;em&gt;R. solani &lt;/em&gt;.
