AB  - Amaç:Bu çalışmadaki amacımız, bir ilçe hastanesinde tek cerrah tarafından lokalanestezi ile yapılan yapılan ameliyatları ve sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir. Yöntem:Şubat 2013 ve Aralık 2013 tarihleri arasında Ağrı Diyadin İlçe DevletHastanesinde tek cerrah tarafından lokal anestezi ile ameliyat edilen 44 hasta(kasık fıtığı 11, göbek fıtığı 11, pilonidal sinüs 11, anal fissür 6 veperianal apse 5 hasta) çalışmaya dahil edildi. Opere edilen tüm hastalarınkayıtları retrospektif olarak incelendi.  Bulgular:28 erkek, 16 kadın hasta opere edildi. Ortalama yaş 38.2yıl idi. Tüm hastalardaortalama hastanede kalış süresi 32 saat (20-72 saat) idi. Ortalama işe dönüşzamanı 10 gün (5-30 gün) olarak hesaplandı. Toplam 9 hastada (%20.4)postoperatif morbidite gelişti. Bunlar ameliyat bölgesinde parestezi, seroma veyara yeri enfeksiyonu idi. Sonuç:Lokal anestezi yeterli teknik donanımın ve ekipmanın olmadığı yerel merkezlerdede güvenle uygulanabilir.

N2  - Aim:Our aim in this study is to evaluate operations and results  performed with local anesthesia by a singlesurgeon in a district hospital.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 44 patients (inguinal hernia11, umbilical hernia 11, pilonidal sinus 11, anal fissure 6and perianal abscess5 patients) operated with local anesthesia by a single surgeon in Ağrı Diyadinstate hospital between february 2013 and december 2013Results:Atotal of 28 male and 16 female patients were operated. median age of thepatients was 38.2 years. Themeanhospital staywas 32hours (20-72 hours). The mean time to return to work was 10 days (5-30days). In 9patients(20.4%)postoperative morbidity developed. They were paresthesia onoperation region, seroma and wound infection.Conclusion:Local anesthesia can be safely administered at local centers that is notadequate technical hardware and equipment
