The essential oils of herbs were obtained by Clevenger method.Results: TheGC/MS analysis of the essential oils or the methanol extracts of the mix of herbalteas or herbs including Foeniculumvulgare, Pimpinella anisum, Trigonella foenum graceum, Urtica dioica, Nigella sativa were listed as several compounds in this article.Furthermore, the possible pharmacological effects of these components have beendiscussed according to the literature.Conclusions: Thefindings of this study will guide researchers about the pharmacological activeingredients of these herbs and herbal teas that may be used in the future formilk enhancing or other medical purposes. KW - Milk-increasing herbal teas KW - Foeniculum vulgare KW - Pimpenella anisum KW - Trigonella foenum graceum KW - Urtica diotica KW - Nigella Sativa N2 - Amaç:Bu çalışmada, anne süt üretimini arttırmak için kullanılan bitki ve bitkiselçayların bileşenlerinin gaz kromatografisi/kütle spektrometresi (GC/MS) ilesaptanması amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntemler:Metanolikekstraksiyonlar, maserasyon metodu ve rotary buharlaştırıcıkullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Uçucu yağların elde edilmesinde ise Clavengeryöntemi kullanılmıştır.Bulgular:Foeniculum vulgare, Pimpenella anisum,Trigonella foenum graceum, Urtica dioica, Nigella Sativa tıbbi bitkilerininve bunların karışım çaylarının uçucu yağları ve methanol ekstraksiyonlarınınGC/MS analizleri yüksek hassasiyetle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizlerde tespitedilen kimyasal bileşenler ayrıntılı olarak tablolarda belirtilmiştir. Ayrıcabu bileşenlerin olası farmakolojik etkileri literatür ışığında yorumlanmıştır.Sonuç:Bu araştırmanın bulguları, gelecekte süt arttırıcı veya diğer tıbbi amaçlarlakullanılabilecek bu bitki ve bitkisel çayların farmakolojik aktif bileşenleriüzerine yapılacak araştırmalarda yol gösterici olacaktır.
