treadmill test. She </span> <span style="margin:0px;color:#000000;line-height:200%;font-family:Cambria, serif;font-size:12pt;">gave a history of dizziness during exercise. </span> <span style="margin:0px;color:#000000;line-height:200%;font-family:Cambria, serif;font-size:12pt;">She had no medical history. </span> <span lang="en" style="margin:0px;color:#000000;line-height:200%;font-family:Cambria, serif;font-size:12pt;" xml:lang="en">The patient’s physical examination was normal. <span style="margin:0px;">
Electrocardiography (ECG) </span> showed normal sinus rhythm, incomplete right

Electrophysiological study demonstrated rate dependent nodal AV block. Permanent
