AB  - Thepathogenesis mechanism of Kounis syndrome is defined by mast-cell degranulationthat has been amplified to induce acute myocardial infarction in susceptibleindividuals. Here, we report a case of Kounis syndrome presented with acutecoronary syndrome after a tetanus vaccine. In addition, all possible otheretiologies, especially ischemia, were excluded.
