AB  - Adams-Oliversyndrome is characterized by scalp defects with terminal transverse limbanomalies. Most reports on this syndrome demonstrate autosomal dominantpedigrees. Cutis marmorata telangiectasia congenita accompanies the syndrome inmany cases. Here, we describe a case of Adams-Oliver syndrome with cardiacmalformation and Eisenmenger syndrome. Because this is a rare case, thedetailed case and literature data are presented.

N2  - Adams-Oliversendromu (AOS) skalp defekti ve uç uzuv anomalisi ile karakterizedir. Birçokrapor bu sendromun otozomal dominant kalıtımını kanıtlamıştır. Birçok olgudakutis marmarotus telenjektazia konjenita eşlik etmektedir. Bu olguda biz AOS’aeşlik eden Eisenmenger sendromu ve kardiyak malformasyontanımladık.Literatürümüzde bulunan çok nadir bir olgu olduğu için detaylı olguve literatür bilgisi hazırlandı.
