AB  - Bu çalışmanın amacı lise öğrencileri üzerindegeçerliği ve güvenirliği kanıtlanan Duygusal ve Kişilik İlişkili Kariyer KararVerme Güçlükleri Ölçeği’nin (DKKGÖ) faktör yapısı ve güvenirliğinin gençyetişkin örnekleminde incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, üniversite eğitimineve pedagojik formasyon eğitimine devam eden 49 erkek, 267 kadın olmak üzeretoplam 316 öğrenci ve mezundan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin üç ana alt ölçek vetamamına ilişkin güvenirlik katsayıları incelendiğinde karamsar görüşler için.70, kaygı için .94, öz ve kimlik için .87, ölçeğin tamamı için .94bulunmuştur. DKKGÖ-GF’nin genç yetişkin örnekleminde faktör yapısı doğrulayıcıfaktör analizi ile incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre modelin uyum iyiliğikatsayılarının gerekli koşulları karşıladığı görülmüştür. Son olarakaraştırmada üç ana alt ölçek ve toplam puanlar son kariyer kararını veripvermeme durumuna göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Buna göre son kariyer kararlarınıvermemiş katılımcıların duygusal ve kişilik ilişkili kariyer karar vermegüçlükleri kariyer kararlarını vermiş katılımcılardan daha yüksek bulunmuştur. DKKGÖ’nüngeçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu söylenebilir.
