AB  - Elli yaşında kadın ateş ve halsizlikşikayetiyle başvurdu. Transtorasik ve transözefageal ekokardiyografi (TTE,TEE)’de sol ventrikül lateral duvarında hareketli, mural bir kitle izlendi. Bizburada sol ventriküler mural vejetasyonla birlikte kültür negatif infektifendokardit olgusu sunduk. Bu literatürde ilk olgudur.

N2  - A 50-year-old woman presented withfever and weakness. A large mobile mural mass was observed in the lateral sideof the left ventricle using transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography.We speculated this to be a case of culture negative infective endocarditis withleft ventricular mural vegetation; to the best of our knowledge, this is thefirst reported case in the literature.
