TY - JOUR T1 - Entropi ve Waspas Yöntemleri Kullanılarak Türkiye İçin Uygun Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynağının Seçimi TT - The Selection of Appropriate Renewable Energy Source For Turkey By Using Entropy and Waspas Methods AU - Karaca, Coşkun AU - Ulutaş, Alptekin PY - 2018 DA - July JF - Ege Academic Review JO - eab PB - Ege Üniversitesi WT - DergiPark SN - 1303-099X SP - 483 EP - 494 VL - 18 IS - 3 LA - tr AB - Üretim için vazgeçilmez bir girdi olan enerji, üretim ve tüketimiyle çevre ve insan sağlığı üzerinde negatif dışsallıklara neden olmakta ve ülke kalkınmasına zarar vermektedir. Bu nedenle ülkeler enerji kaynağı seçimi yaparken iki temel motivasyonla hareket etmektedir. İlki enerji kaynağının sağladığı üretim artışını ve rekabet gücünü dikkate alarak güçlü bir ekonomiye sahip olmak, ikincisi ise halkın refahını düşürecek enerji kaynak seçiminden uzak durmaktadır. Ülkemiz için uygun olabilecek enerji kaynak seçiminin yapıldığı bu çalışmada Entropi yöntemi yardımıyla yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına ait teknik, ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal kriterler, önem derecesine göre sıralanmış ve ikinci aşamada WASPAS yöntemiyle Türkiye’de enerji ihtiyacının karşılanmasında uygun yenilenebilir enerji kaynağının hangisi olabileceği yönünde öneri getirilmiştir. WASPAS yönteminden elde edilen sonuçlar Türkiye için yatırım yapılabilecekuygun yenilenebilir enerji kaynak sıralamasının Hidro, Jeotermal, Rüzgâr, Biyokütle, Güneş şeklinde olduğunu göstermiştir. KW - Yenilenebilir enerji seçimi KW - çok kriterli karar verme KW - Entropi KW - WASPAS N2 - The production and consumption of energy, whichare indispensable inputs for production, causenegative externalities on the environment andhuman health as well as harm the developmentof the country. Therefore, countries have two basicmotivations when selecting energy source. The firstis to have a strong economy by taking into accountthe increase in production and competitive powerprovided by the energy source, and the second isto avoid the selection of energy source that willreduce the prosperity of the people. The technical, economic, environmental and social criteria ofrenewable energy sources are ranked with respectto their importance degree by means of Entropymethod in this study where the energy sourceselection which can be suitable for our countryis made. In this study where the energy sourceselection which can be suitable for our country ismade and in second stage the WASPAS method isused to suggest which renewable energy sourceis the most suitable to meet the energy demandin Turkey. The results obtained in WASPAS methodindicated the ranking of renewable energy sources, which are the suitable for investment in Turkey, asHydro, Geothermal, Wind, Biomass, Solar. CR - BP (2016a).
