AB  - Antrenmanortamında antrenör ve sporcu arasında kurulan kaliteli ilişki sporcununfiziksel. psikolojik ve sosyal gelişiminde önemli rol oynar. Bu çalışmanınamacı lise spor takımlarındaki antrenör-sporcu ilişkisinin incelenmesidir.Örneklem grubu amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada64 antrenör ve 145 lise okul sporlarına katılan sporcu yer almaktadır.Verilerin toplanmasında Jowett ve Ntoumanis (2004)tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçe uyarlaması Altıntaş ve arkadaşları (2012)tarafından yapılan “Antrenör-Sporcu İlişkisi Envanteri” kullanılmıştır.İstatistiksel işlemler için çoklu varyans analizi (MANOVA) tercih edilmiştir.Analiz işlemlerinden önce tekli ve çoklu normallik testi ile varyans-kovaryanshomojenliği ve eşdüzlemlilik (multicollinearity) varsayımları kontroledilmiştir ve seçilen analizin uygulanması uygun bulunmuştur. Bulgulara göre lise okul spor takımlarında antrenör-sporcuilişkisinin hem antrenör boyutunda hem de sporcu boyutunda oldukça yüksekolduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca antrenörlerin sporcuları ile ilişkidüzeylerini cinsiyet ve spor branşı aynı anda etkilemektedir. Sporcularaçısından ise cinsiyet değişkeni antrenörleriyle ilişkilerini etkilemezken sporbranşı değişkeni anlamlı düzeyde etkilemektedir. Çalışmanın sınırlılıkları vegelecek çalışmalara yönelik değerlendirmeler bu anlamda tartışılmıştır.

N2  - High quality communication betweencoach and athlete in coaching context is important for athletes’ physical,psychological and social development. The purpose of this study was to examinecoach-athlete relationship in secondary school sport teams. Purposive samplingwas used to select sample of this study. Participants were 64 coaches and 145secondary school sport athletes. “Coach-Athlete Relationship Questionnaire”which was developed by Jowett and Ntoumanis (2004)and translated to Turkish culture by Altıntaş and his colleagues (2012). Oneway MANOVA was used for statistical calculations. Before performing thisanalysis, univariate and multivariate normality, variance and covariancehomogeneity, and multicollinearity assumptions were checked and all assumptionsmet criteria. Results showed that coach-athlete relationship level in secondaryschool sport teams was high for both coach and athlete sides. Gender and sportbranches affected coach side of relationship. In athlete side, gender did notaffect but sport branches statistically affected coach-athlete relationship.Limitations and future study directions were discussed
