Özellikle çalışanların proaktif davranışlarının bukonudaki katkısı yadsınamaz. Bu nedenle proaktif davranış olarakdeğerlendirilen iş becerikliliği kavramı bu araştırmanın çalışma konusunuoluşturmakta ve bu kapsamda da dönüştürücü liderliğin iş becerikliliğiüzerindeki etkisi değerlendirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu değerlendirmeyiyapabilmek için 138 akademik personelden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmış veveriler istatistiki paket programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizlersonucunda dönüştürücü liderliğin iş becerikliliğini pozitif yönde ve anlamlıolarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca dönüştürücü liderliğin işbecerikliliğinin alt boyutlarını da (görev becerikliliği, bilişsel beceriklilikve ilişkisel beceriklilik) pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği sonucunaulaşılmıştır. In particular, the contribution ofproactive behaviors of employees cannot be denied. For this reason, the conceptof job crafting, which is considered to be proactive behavior, constitutes thesubject of this study. In this context, the effect of transformationalleadership on job crafting is tried to be evaluated. In order to carry out thisassessment, data were collected from 138 academic staff via questionnairemethod and the data were analyzed by statistical package programs. As a resultof the analyzes, it was determined that the transformational leadership has apositive and significant effect on the job crafting. In addition, it has beenconcluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significanteffect on the sub-dimensions of job crafting (task crafting, cognitive craftingand relational crafting).
