N2  - A chronic low back pain is the most common syndrome that we come across. However, the treatment is not successful enough. Many invasive methods are applied in this treatment.Chronic pain treatment should always directed to the versatile and a real target. Holistic assessment is important in the treatment of chronic pain. Chronic low back pain can be successful with Neural Therapy applications and the treatment of disorders associated.We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of neural therapy practice in chronic low back pain. Identifying and resolving interference field and the accompanying problems -such as operation scars- will facilitate seriously the treatment of chronic low back pain. An average of 8 sessions of neural therapy treatment has been applied to patients. Decrease in Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Qswestry Disability index (ODI) value compared to the initial value was determined.The results suggest that neural therapy is successful method. Neural therapy should also be included in interventional methods for the treatment of chronic low back pain
