N2  - The treatment of a 46 years old woman with a complaint of tinnitus is done by a neural therapist at 6 séance of neural therapy during a 2 month period together with a dentist . Dental treatment was carried out by the replacement of missing teeth and using splint for night bruxism. After 2 months, there was 90% improvement in the patient's tinnitus and after 1 year ,the control revealed total recovery from tinnitus
